Welcome to SG COCOMATIN site (the "Site"). The words 'we', 'us' and 'SG COCOMATIN' represent COSMED BIO TECHNOLOGY. The Site is provided as a service to our customers. Please review the following terms and conditions, which govern your use of the Site (the "Agreement"). Your use of the Site constitutes your consent to follow and be bound by the Agreement. We reserve the right to update and/or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
1. SITE TRANSACTIONS
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we cancel or make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you via e-mail or phone. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

3.5 Prevention on use: We reserve the right to prevent you from using the Website and the Service (or any part of them) and to prevent you from making any Purchase.
3.6 Equipment: The Service and use of the Website and the making of any Purchase does not include the provision of a computer or other necessary equipment to access the Website or the Service or making of any Purchase. To use the Website or Service or to make a Purchase, you will require Internet connectivity and appropriate telecommunication links. We shall not be liable for any telephone/telecommunications costs or other costs that you may incur.
4. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS
4.1 Register to purchase and earn credits: You do not need to Register to use much of the functionality of the Website or to access much of the Service. However, You must Register in order to make a Purchase or earn reward credits from the Website. This is so that we can provide you with easy access to print your orders, view your past purchases and modify your preferences. We reserve the right to decline a new Registration or to cancel an account at any time.
4.3 Closing accounts: We reserve the right to close accounts if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) to hide the use of multiple registration accounts, or if a non-SG user pretends to be a SG user, or disrupts the Website or the Service in any way.
4.4 Multiple logons: If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting a community or annoying other users,action may be taken against all of your accounts.
5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Many products displayed on the Site are available for delivery within 14 working days. In the event stock is not available, we will inform you the earliest delivery time. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Singapore Dollars.
Delivery is free if your shipping address is in Singapore. You are required to check the shipping cost if you are from another country. All duties and taxes will be fully borne by you. Beauty Face is not liable for any products that are held for customs clearance. It is the buyer’s full responsibility to ensure there is no problem for clearance.
All shipment is sent based on the address information provided during purchase. Any receipt by the occupier of the address is deemed to be proof of delivery. Beauty Face will not be liable for any wrong information provided.
6. REWARD REDEMPTION
We do our best to provide the rewards as advertised. In the event of stock unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute the rewards for redemption by giving items of equivalent value. The decision for the reward replacement is final and should not be disputed. All Beauty Face vouchers are subjected to the following terms and conditions:
- All redemptions should be made within the validity date.
- Expired vouchers are not exchangeable or refundable
- All vouchers are not exchangeable for cash
- Any excess value in the vouchers on redemption is not refundable or exchangeable.
7. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES AND SERVICES
The Site may contain links to other websites that are not under the control of COSMED. COSMED has no responsibility for the linked websites, and the linking does not constitute any endorsement by COSMED . Links are provided solely for the convenience and information of the site's users.
You shall indemnify us against each loss, liability or cost incurred by us arising out of: 8.1 any claims or legal proceedings which are brought or threatened against us by any person arising from:
- Your use of the voucher or Website;
- The use of a Voucher;
- The use of the Service or Website through your password; or 8.2 any breach of this Agreement by you.
The materials on the Site are provided to you on an "as is", and an "as available" basis. Beauty Face do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of these materials and expressly disclaim any liability for any errors, omissions and/or inaccuracies in these materials. Beauty Face shall endeavour its best but is not obliged to correct any inaccuracies, errors, omissions or typographical errors in the information posted to the Site, and such information including pricing and availability of goods may be changed, amended or updated without notice.
All matters and issues relating to the use or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions are governed by Singapore's laws.
The Site uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, with credit card details and other information scrambled (encrypted) to minimise possible misuse by third parties.
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Beauty Face. Beauty Face may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and may deny you access to the Site accordingly should you fail to comply with any terms or provisions of the Agreement.
Unless otherwise noted, the Site, and all materials on the Site, including text, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips and other materials, and the copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property in such materials (the "Contents"), are owned, and controlled by Cosmed. The Site and its Contents are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, sell or exploit in any of the Contents or the Site.Unless otherwise specified, the Site and the Contents are intended to promote products and services available in Singapore and Malaysia. The Site is controlled and operated by Cosmed.
2) ORDERING, PAYMENT & SHIPPING
All orders should be transacted through the website. All products are sold "as it is"conditions. An acknowledgment of your order will be send to you. Should you have any questions regarding our products, please email to email@example.com or contact us at 96631689.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit Card (MasterCard/VISA)
All goods are subject to availability. In the event we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued if you have already made payment for the goods. All goods are sold in Singapore Dollars.
Shipping & Handling
COSMED only delivers to Singapore addresses currently.
Standard orders are processed once payment is received and verified. All orders will be delivered via courier and should arrive within 14 working days (Monday to Saturday, not including Public Holidays) for Singapore.
In the event of any unsuccessful delivery of your order due to your absence in receiving the order at the designated address, or your failure to provide accurate details required for delivery, you agree that you shall bear the cost of any further deliveries and that no refund will be given for the order or for the delivery charges thereto under the aforementioned circumstances.
Delivery within Singapore is free. Duties and taxes, if any, shall be fully paid for by the buyer. The buyer shall be fully responsible for the custom clearance fees and permits. Beauty Face shall not be liable for any delays or costs incurred due to permits or custom matters.
3) GOODS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If the product purchased is unsuitable for your skin, you may arrange for an appointment with COSMED’s professional consultants to undergo a thorough skin assessment. After which, they will recommend a suitable product (of the same value) which can be exchanged in place of the original product you purchased.Note that there is strictly no cash refund for goods returned. The courier fee, if any, incurred for product delivery is also non-refundable.
If you are returning or exchanging your product due to damages or defects, please contact our customer service at 96631689. Proof of purchase or receipt must be presented.
We protect your personal information and data on our Website.
The COSMED website (www.sgcocomatin.com) is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable data protection laws in Singapore.
